Complimentary Insurance Check-up. Our staff is well versed in insurance. All insurance policies are different. We will gladly provide a complimantary insurance check-up to determine exactly what your benefits may be. You may bring a copy of your insurance card to our office or you may call and speak to our insurance staff. We are providers for most major insurance plans and will gladly direct bill your insurance company for you.

Medicare. Our doctors are participating providers for Medicare. We will bill Medicare directly and electronically for you.
