Meet Our NURSE PRACTITIONERS
ARNOLD WASHINGTON - NURSE PRACTITIONER
Arnold Washington (AJ), obtained his initial Bachelors degree in Psychology in 2011 from Ashford University. He transitioned to nursing, obtaining both his BSN and Masters degrees from Texas Tech HSC in December 2015 and May 2020 respectively. His passion for caring for people is evident. He has a beautiful daughter he enjoys to during his time away from work.
He is a native of the Killeen/ft hood area, currently serving as an Army Reservist. His hobbies include reading, hiking, traveling, dancing, and watching anime. He loves French fries, a good comedy movie, and drinks from Dutch Bros.
ADAM JESTER - NURSE PRACTITIONER, FNP - APRN
Adam Jester obtained his Bachelor degree in nursing at the University of Louisiana at Monroe in 2008. He later obtained a Masters degree in nursing as a family nurse practitioner from Grambling State University in 2013. As a nurse practitioner he has 8 years of primary care experience including 4 years of family medicine and 4 years of pediatric medicine.
He has a passion for helping people improve their health so they can focus on the things that make them happy. He enjoys spending time with his wife and son including going to parks, bike riding, and watching movies. His hobbies include weight lifting and collecting silver age spider-man comics.
Caleb Huffman - NURSE PRACTITIONER, FNP-C
Caleb Huffman obtained his Bachelor of Science in nursing from Kent State University in 2015. He then acquired his Master of Science in nursing with specialization as a family nurse practitioner from The Ohio State University in 2021. He believes that movement is one of the best ways to improve both physical and mental health and thoroughly enjoys helping patients be their best selves!
Caleb is new to Texas and moved to the Austin area with his wife in August 2021. He is passionate about CrossFit and loves enjoying good food with his wife and friends. He also enjoys walking his dogs (Rogue and Nora), traveling, watching sports, and playing video games with his brother.
Alanta Cross - NURSE PRACTITIONER, APRN,FNP-BC
Alanta Cross ( APRN,FNP-BC) spent 6 years as a military flight medic before earning her Associates Degree in Nursing in 2011 and her Bachelor's of Science in Nursing from Columbus State University in 2014.
She spent 10 years working as an ER/Trauma nurse, as well as 6 years serving as a military flight nurse with multiple humanitarian and contingency deployments. In 2018 Alanta attended Belmont University in Nashville, TN. There she earned her Master's of Science in Nursing, with specialization as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
Alanta loves exploring the outdoors and spends her free time traveling with her husband, son and dog in their camper van. Her passions include spending time with her family, drinking lots of coffee and reading.
Camerin Dyson - NURSE PRACTITIONER, APRN,FNP-BC
Camerin Dyson obtained her Bachelor's of Science in Nursing from Midwestern State University in 2012. After graduating, she spent over 8 years as an ER/Trauma nurse, with two years of travel nursing across the United States and multiple trips to Nicaragua for missionary work.
In 2019, Camerin moved to central Texas and attended UMHB where she would later obtain her Master's in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
Camerin enjoys volunteering, travelling, fishing, eating "all" the good food, enjoying the outdoors, and spending time with her husband, son, and family.
Kiffany Betters - NURSE PRACTITIONER, APRN,FNP-C
Kiffany Betters (APRN, FNP-C) obtained her Associate degree in Nursing from McLennan Community college in 2010, followed by her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Texas Tech HSC in 2014. Kiffany received her Masters of Science in Nursing with specialization as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Texas Woman's University in 2019.
Kiffany's desire to care for others comes from her belief that God is the ultimate healer and we are just the vessels He uses to do it! Kiffany enjoys spending free time with her husband LaCurtis, their son Gunnar, and her bonus son Kyran. Her passions include working out, meal prepping, and watching football. Go Seahawks!! (No matter how loud her husband cheers for the Cowboys!) Kiffany believes that true healing comes from treating the whole person and movement is the greatest catalyst for health.
Amy Hajek - NURSE PRACTITIONER, FNP-BC
Amy achieved her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in December of 2013 from the University of Texas at Arlington. Amy has worked in various fields of nursing while working towards her nurse practitioner degree, including ER trauma nursing, bedside patient care, occupational health and workers' comp nursing for various companies.
Amy achieved her Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Texas at Arlington in May 2020. As a Nurse Practitioner, she also works in primary care as a family medicine provider. Amy believes in the importance of treating each patient individually, by listening and diligently working to address each concern, and giving each patient optimal care while helping them achieve their goals while restoring strength and mobility. Amy enjoys many interests and hobbies including hunting, fishing and spending time outdoors with family and friends.
