NURSE PRACTITIONER

ADAM JESTER, FNP - APRN

LOCATION: TEMPLE

Adam Jester obtained his Bachelor degree in nursing at the University of Louisiana at Monroe in 2008. He later obtained a Masters degree in nursing as a family nurse practitioner from Grambling State University in 2013. As a nurse practitioner he has 8 years of primary care experience including 4 years of family medicine and 4 years of pediatric medicine. 

He has a passion for helping people improve their health so they can focus on the things that make them happy. He enjoys spending time with his wife and son including going to parks, bike riding, and watching movies. His hobbies include weight lifting and collecting silver age spider-man comics.

NURSE PRACTITIONER

Alanta Cross, APRN, FNP-BC

LOCATION: KILLEEN

Alanta Cross ( APRN,FNP-BC) spent 6 years as a military flight medic before earning her Associates Degree in Nursing in 2011 and her Bachelor's of Science in Nursing from Columbus State University in 2014.

She spent 10 years working as an ER/Trauma nurse, as well as 6 years serving as a military flight nurse with multiple humanitarian and contingency deployments. In 2018 Alanta attended Belmont University in Nashville, TN. There she earned her Master's of Science in Nursing, with specialization as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

Alanta loves exploring the outdoors and spends her free time traveling with her husband, son and dog in their camper van. Her passions include spending time with her family, drinking lots of coffee and reading.

Kiffany Betters, APRN, FNP-C

LOCATION: GEORGETOWN

Kiffany Betters (APRN, FNP-C) obtained her Associate degree in Nursing from McLennan Community college in 2010, followed by her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Texas Tech HSC in 2014. Kiffany received her Masters of Science in Nursing with specialization as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Texas Woman's University in 2019.

Kiffany's desire to care for others comes from her belief that God is the ultimate healer and we are just the vessels He uses to do it! Kiffany enjoys spending free time with her husband LaCurtis, their son Gunnar, their daughter Jimara and her bonus son Kyran. Her passions include working out, meal prepping, and watching football. Go Seahawks!! (No matter how loud her husband cheers for the Cowboys!) Kiffany believes that true healing comes from treating the whole person and movement is the greatest catalyst for health.

Amy Hajek, FNP-BC

LOCATION: WACO & NORTH WACO

Amy achieved her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in December of 2013 from the University of Texas at Arlington. Amy has worked in various fields of nursing while working towards her nurse practitioner degree, including ER trauma nursing, bedside patient care, occupational health and workers' comp nursing for various companies.

Amy achieved her Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Texas at Arlington in May 2020. As a Nurse Practitioner, she also works in primary care as a family medicine provider. Amy believes in the importance of treating each patient individually, by listening and diligently working to address each concern, and giving each patient optimal care while helping them achieve their goals while restoring strength and mobility. Amy enjoys many interests and hobbies including hunting, fishing and spending time outdoors with family and friends.

NURSE PRACTITIONER

An My Huynh, APRN, FNP-C

LOCATIONS: GEORGETOWN, ROUND ROCK

An Huynh is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner with a passion for providing quality healthcare and a drive to make a positive impact on the lives of patients and their families. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from UT Health Science Center in San Antonio.

After 8 years of working as an inpatient rehabilitation and acute care nurse, she became a Family Nurse Practitioner and received her Master of Nursing from UT Health Science Center in Houston.

In An’s free time, she enjoys exploring the world through traveling, finding joy in discovering new cultures and cuisines. In addition to her love for food, An is also an avid boxing and fitness enthusiast. An can also be found spending quality time with family, friends, and her beloved German Shepherd dog named Lulu.

NURSE PRACTITIONER

Kristi Jacobs, MSN, APRN, CCRN, FNP-C

LOCATION: KILLEEN

Kristi Jacobs earned her Associate's degree in Nursing from Temple College in 2016. During her time as a registered nurse, she worked in acute care for one year and spent 6 years working in Cardiothoracic-Intensive care.

While working full time, she earned both her Bachelor's degree and Master's degree from the University of Texas, at Arlington.

Kristi has been a certified Nurse practitioner since 2021, and is also a certified critical care nurse.

Kristi enjoys spending her off days with her 3 boys and husband. Most of her time is spent with her kids, at the park, boating, or community events.

Her favorite thing to do is to take her kids to Disney World during vacation time!

Chloe Sinclair, APRN, FNP-C

LOCATION: WEST GEORGETOWN

Chloe Sinclair graduated from University of Southern Mississippi with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree. During her nursing career, she acquired experience in inpatient medical/surgical, neurology/neurosurgery, and cardiology nursing; spent three years traveling nursing; and earned a certification in neuroscience nursing (CNRN).

As a Family Nurse Practitioner, she obtained her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2022.

In addition to providing a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for patients, Chloe believes in a holistic approach to patient care. She enjoys live music, weightlifting, being outdoors, and walking her dog Boudreaux in her spare time.

Marci Schwartz, MEd, MSN, APRN-FNP-C

LOCATION: WACO

In 2004, Marci graduated from Tarleton State University with a bachelor's degree in Exercise Sports Sciences and a master's degree in Education. Prior to becoming a nurse, she spent eight years working as an athletic trainer.

After graduating from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Marci received her Master of Science in Nursing specializing in family nursing in 2017.

Throughout her career, Marci has acquired extensive knowledge in the fields of physical medicine and pain management. Using that knowledge, she helps control or minimize the pain of her patients. Her passion is educating patients about the mechanics of their bodies so they can live a life free from limitations.

Her hobbies include golfing, traveling, and spending time with her husband, children, and pets.

Paul Hodnett, NP-C

LOCATION: WACO

Paul Hodnett NP-C graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing in August 2020. With experience in Telemetry/Cardiology, he returned to school and graduated from Texas A&M Commerce with a Master's of Science in Nursing focusing on Family Nurse Practitioner in August, 2022.

Paul and his family moved from College Station, Texas, to Waco, Texas in May, 2023. With his wife and four children, Paul enjoys camping, hunting, and fishing. In addition to providing care to both our English and Spanish speaking communities, Paul is also a bilingual provider! Hablo Español!

Tammy Whitehead, APRN, FNP-C

Tammy Whitehead has worked in emergency nursing for more than a decade before earning her MSN from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2017.

With five years of primary care experience, she brings empathy, compassion, and a holistic approach to her role as a Family Nurse Provider. As a provider, she strives to empower her patients with the knowledge and resources needed to enhance their quality of life and achieve optimal health. As a wife and mother of four, Tammy finds joy in time spent with her grandchildren outside of her professional life. Taking care of her chickens and horses are also pleasures she enjoys.
